目標
・今まで身に付けた単語やフレーズを使って、直接的な表現のみならず抽象的な事柄に対しても、自信を持って自分の意見を話すことができるよう練習します。
・様々なアクティビティを通して、楽しみながら英語コミュニケーション力の向上を図ります。
講義概要
「英語は少し読めるけれど自信がもてない」「もう少し話せれば」「海外旅行で友だちを作りたい!」そんな皆さんのために、オリジナルテキストを使って、日本語と英語を交えながら、2週間ごとに新しいトピックを取り上げて講義を進めていきます。間違いをおそれることなく、英会話を楽しみましょう。EASY & FUN ! これが本講座のモットーです。

◆春から冬までの1年間の継続的なカリキュラムで講座を行います。
◆宿題として、5分程度のショートスピーチの準備をしていただくことがあります。
講師紹介
- Robert L. Plautz
- 翻訳家
- ブリガム・ヤング大学(歴史専攻)にて、最優等で学士号を得たのち、東京外国語大学へ留学、日本の近代史の研究を行う。コロンビア大学(ジャーナリズム)にて修士号を得る。ルイジアナ州シュリーブポートジャーナル社にて、社説担当副編集長として従事。国際交流員として大分県企画調整課に勤務し知事の通訳を行う。翻訳家としても活躍中。
